Your money goes to relentlessly reaching the next person for Jesus. Whether it’s creating a seat for someone to sit in, hosting an event where someone hears about Jesus for the first time, or providing warm coffee every Sunday, it all goes toward reaching the next person.

A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income before taxes or anything else comes out. The Bible says we can take the promises of God to the bank. When we bring our first and best back to God, He promises to bless the rest. We can’t outgive God.
We know tithing is a huge step of obedience, but you’re not in this alone!

We believe in this house and as a family, we are all called to steward what God has given us – not just in what we bring through our tithe, but also how we bring through our time. At the end of the day, it was never ours to begin with, so we look at it as bringing our gifts that were already His back to the Lord.

Our fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30. The budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 is $4,500,000. Our budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 is $6,400,000. Our budget grew by $1,900,000 thanks to your generosity and the growth of our church. You can see how this budget is being used for Kingdom work by checking out our 2025 Annual Report.

Accountability is critical when it comes to finances. It’s important that each person who brings a tithe and offering can have full confidence in our system of accounting and fiscal responsibility. At Quay Church, we have a staff accounting/financial director, our executive team, and finally elders who provide accountability. In addition, all financials are certified through an external account/CPA, adding another layer of fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Our legal corporate name is now Quay Church Inc., previously known as Lifebridge Church Inc. and, before that, Harvest Bible Chapel Orlando. While the name has changed, our Federal Tax ID (26-1131242) has remained the same. From time to time, you may still see one of the former names on certain documents or receipts—these simply reflect our previous legal names and still refer to what is now Quay Church.
