There’s nothing we love celebrating more than life change.
On September 6, we’ll gather as a church family for Baptism Sunday, a day dedicated to celebrating the incredible work God is doing in and through our church. Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus and an opportunity to share with others how He has transformed your life.
If you’ve made the decision to follow Jesus but haven’t been baptized, we’d love to celebrate this next step with you. Whether you placed your faith in Christ years ago or recently made that decision, baptism is a meaningful act of obedience and a chance to boldly declare your faith.

Next Steps Sunday is designed to help you take that step—whether you’re new to Quay, ready to get connected, interested in serving, or considering baptism.
It’s an opportunity to learn more about who we are, discover how God has uniquely gifted you, and find your place in the life of our church.
Our Next Steps classes are offered several times throughout the year following our morning gatherings.
We invite you to choose the class that best fits where you are in your journey, and we’d love to walk alongside you as you take your next step.

Getting baptized is a very significant spiritual event and we want to help prepare you and your child.
This class is designed to introduce kids to what baptism is all about, including:
- why salvation is a prerequisite to baptism
- what it means to be baptized
- why believers should follow the Lord in baptism
You and your child will also have the chance to ask questions to prepare for this meaningful step. We’ll then guide you through a few next steps, and help you get your child scheduled for baptism.

If you are looking for premarital counseling, we offer a class that can help you work through some of the tough conversations and prepare you for marriage.
