We call our volunteers stewards because we believe that in this house and as a family, we are all called to steward what God has given us – not just in what we bring through our tithe, but also how we give through our time.

We have so many teams that could use your help, and that begins with letting us know what you are interested by filling out the Become a Steward Form.

what is the process to become a steward?

First, complete the Steward Interest Form. Once you’ve submitted this form, you will receive an email to consent to a background check. Every steward team requires a background check. Once that is complete, a leader of each ministry you indicated interest in will reach out to you with next steps.

what if i’m not sure what team to join?

We regularly offer a class called Serve at Quay Church and we encourage you to attend! It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the process of serving here including expectations and standards. This is also a time to meet all the team leaders to learn more about their ministry and ask questions.

do i need to do anything before i can serve?

At this time, most teams require that you to attend the next possible Belong at Quay Church class that is offered before serving. Many of our teams also require a background check before you can serve.

Help us make room by joining us for our Sunday evening gathering at 5:00 p.m.

This gathering is a full Quay experience, with live worship and teaching, Quay Kids environments, and the same heart, values, and excellence you expect each Sunday.

Whether you are new to Quay or have been part of our church family for years, this additional gathering helps us create space to welcome more people while easing the load on our morning gatherings.

As we launch this gathering, we are looking for Stewards who are ready to help create a welcoming and excellent experience. If you are willing to serve and be part of this launch, we would love for you to join the team and help us make room together.

God is moving here at Quay Church! We have seen phenomenal growth across all three Sunday Gatherings, but especially in the 10a Gathering where we have had to set up additional seating areas each week.

As the Lord continues to draw people to our church, shifting to a different time like the 8:15a, 11:45a or 5:00p Gathering helps create space for new guests and families at our 10a Gathering. This intentional step plays a meaningful role in making others feel welcomed and allows more people to experience the life and community of our church.

Join Our Fam (Family Advocacy Ministry)

Not all can foster…But ALL can care!

Our mission is to love on local foster care and kinship families who are caring for vulnerable children by serving them in practical ways through our Care Community Teams. We also care for families who have gone the adoption route. Since our FAM ministry began in October 2022, at Quay Church, we have grown to serving six (6) local foster families with over forty (40) Quay Church Stewards, but we need your help to strengthen these existing teams and expand the ministry to create new teams to serve more families in need of support.
