Join us this summer as we study the book of Amos in a 7-session Bible study by Jennifer Rothschild. Amos is often known as a bold and direct prophet, and it doesn’t take long to see why. His words are honest and unfiltered, but beneath every warning is a deeper invitation: to return to God and truly live (Amos 5:4). While it may not read like a typical guide to the “good life,” Amos reveals something even better: a life rooted in God that leads to what is truly good. Throughout this book, you’ll discover what it means to live with assurance, faithfulness, humility, justice, prayer, and hope. This kind of life not only transforms us, but brings peace and lasting impact to those around us. Amos reminds us of a simple but powerful truth: the God life is the good life!

About Quay Women Bible Studies:

Quay Women Bible Study meets in smaller groups, gathered around tables, for more in-depth discussion about the study. These smaller groups allow for more personal interaction and sharing.

Table discussions are based on questions from the study material or study facilitator. These questions aim to encourage reflection, application of scripture and shared learning.

+ PICK YOUR TABLE LEADER: When registering, please indicate your table leader preference or select NO PREFERENCE.

+ Cost: There is no cost to register. Required study book can be purchased on Amazon OR Lifeway for $21.99 and includes online video access to the eight sessions. Please do not let the book cost keep you from joining us. If you need assistance with the cost of the book, please let us know by email at women@quaychurch.org. We do not want finances to keep anyone from joining a study.

+ Book: Amos – An Invitation to the Good Life by Jennifer Rothschild can be purchased at Amazon or Lifeway

+ Study Begins: This study begins Tuesday, June 16th, and with this registration, you are signing up for the Tuesday EVENING study from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

+ Childcare: Childcare is available for morning AND evening study for kids birth through 5th grade, but you must register for a space while registering for the study. Please provide children’s names and ages in the appropriate fields provide to qualify.

+ PLEASE NOTE: In order to ensure enough staffing is in place for childcare, an RSVP will be required by the Quay Kids team to hold your child’s space EACH WEEK.
