About Crews
Crews are how we live out our faith in community at Quay Church. While we gather in rows on Sundays, we grow in circles throughout the week. Crews are small groups that meet in homes, coffee shops, parks, or around shared activities to build authentic relationships, study Scripture, pray together, and live on mission.
About the Crew Leader Interest Meeting
This meeting is for anyone who is prayerfully considering leading a Crew. Whether you’ve led before or this would be your first time, we’ll walk through the vision, expectations, leadership pipeline, support structure, and next steps. This is not a commitment- it’s a conversation. Come learn what it looks like to lead with excellence and help others find belonging.
