This role shapes how our story is told across digital, print and in-person experiences while managing key communication projects that support every ministry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead church-wide communication strategies and campaigns
- Oversee all digital channels, including website, social media and email
- Manage project timelines, priorities and workflows across teams
- Maintain brand consistency and excellence across all environments
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to communicate events and initiatives clearly
- Lead and develop staff and volunteers in communications and creative roles

Facilities Events Support Associate Open

- Job Type: Part Time
Quay Church is hiring a Facilities Events Support Associate to assist with campus events, building upkeep, and general operations. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and focuses on event setup/teardown, light repairs, and supporting the cleanliness and functionality of church spaces and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down rooms for weekly services, Bible studies, and events
- Perform light maintenance and assist with repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of church buildings and grounds
- Oversee and support volunteer and contractor activities
- Participate in a collaborative team culture
Schedule:
- Primarily Wednesday–Sunday with flexibility for occasional on-call needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Team-oriented, reliable, and organized
- Able to lift/move heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Skilled in basic maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Quay Nights Associate Open
- Reports To: Young Adult Pastor
- Job Type: Full Time
The Quay Nights Associate helps lead the young adult ministry of Quay Church by creating environments where people feel known, connected, and encouraged in their faith. This role supports the Young Adults Pastor in planning Thursday night gatherings, coordinating community events, building relationships, and developing volunteers who serve within the ministry. The Associate plays a key part in helping young adults take meaningful next steps in community through Crews, serving opportunities, and discipleship pathways. Ideal candidates are relational, passionate about ministry, strong communicators, and committed to the mission and values of Quay Church.
Key Responsibilities:
Events and Community Engagement
Help plan and coordinate events that build friendships and foster authentic community among young adults. Attend and support events throughout the week and help connect new attendees into deeper involvement.
Gathering Environments
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere before and after Thursday night gatherings. Initiate conversations, help people feel at home, and guide attendees toward next steps such as Crews or serving teams.
Volunteer Leadership
Recruit, train, and care for volunteers who serve within the young adult ministry. Provide encouragement, feedback, and support so volunteers can thrive and lead with excellence.
Teaching and Communication
Assist with message preparation, teach as assigned by the Young Adults Pastor, and support communication moments during gatherings. Contribute to devotionals, Crew content, and spiritual formation resources.
Ministry Support
Help with planning, administration, communication, and ministry systems that support the health and growth of Quay Nights. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ministry gatherings as needed.
Women’s Ministry Director Open

- Job Type: Part Time
The Women’s Ministry Director helps lead Quay Women by creating environments where women of every age and stage can grow in their relationship with Jesus and with one another. This role oversees The Harbor gatherings, Women’s Bible Studies, and Mom Life with QuayKids, while developing volunteer teams and collaborating with other ministries to support a unified and healthy church culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all large group women’s events each year, including planning, team recruitment, and guest experience.
• Direct the vision and execution of Women’s Bible Studies, including curriculum selection and table leader development.
• Partner with Quay Kids to create a welcoming environment for moms of young children.
• Enlist, equip, empower, and encourage stewards who serve within Quay Women.
• Maintain strong hospitality, clear communication, and well designed environments at every gathering.
• Collaborate with the Spiritual Formation team and other ministries to ensure alignment, connection, and shared goals.

The Missions Pastor leads all global and local outreach efforts at Quay Church. This role builds strong partnerships around the world, equips our people to live on mission, and helps our church bring the hope of Jesus to our city and the nations. The Missions Pastor oversees mission trips, manages partner relationships, develops outreach events, and guides volunteers and teams to serve faithfully and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the church’s missions strategy and partner development
• Plan and oversee local outreach and global mission trips
• Equip and train stewards (volunteers) for serving opportunities
• Build relationships with mission agencies and community partners
• Mobilize the church family to live out the Great Commission
