DESCRIPTION:Awana is a key component of our desire for all kids to learn about Jesus\, even from a very young age! \nIt is a multi-age program that uses games\, songs\, Bible stories and memorization to encourage children to hide God’s Word in their hearts. We meet most Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Our program is open to preschoolers up to fifth grade\, with childcare for children of Awana volunteers ages birth through age two. \n**We believe it is important for parents to also be involved\, which is why we ask that parents sign up to serve at Awana when registering your kids. \nFind out more about Awana here.

Using Louie Giglio’s Goliath Must Fall\, we’ll explore how to win the battles against anger\, fear\, comfort\, rejection\, and more. \nPURCHASE YOUR BOOK:  By purchasing the book\, you’ll have access to the homework along with the videos we will watch each week together in class.  You can purchase your book through Christianbook.com. \nAbout quaymen Groups: \nquaymen groups meets in a large group setting at 7:30a on saturday mornings\, which includes a large group teaching and connection time\, and break outs into smaller groups after.  Discussion groups (8-10 men led by a facilitator) meet in breakout rooms for more in-depth discussion about the study. SUMMARY:Child Dedication
DESCRIPTION:The word “dedicate” means to set aside or commit to a sacred purpose. The dedication means committing a child to God and God’s purposes. In one sense\, this is what every Christian parent wants to do\, but in another sense\, parents can’t actually make this decision on behalf of their children – as much as they might wish to! Each child will one day have to make his or her own personal decision about whether or not to commit himself or herself to God. Parents can guide\, teach\, pray for\, and lead their children\, but parents cannot choose a life path for their child. So even though we speak of dedicating the child to the Lord\, dedication is really a matter of parents dedicating themselves to the Lord. With that in mind\, we see two primary purposes for dedication: \n\nFor parents\, joined by their church community\, to celebrate the birth or adoption of a child\, joyfully thanking God for this new addition to the family and to the church community.\nFor parents to commit themselves publicly to raise their child in the nurture and love of the Lord\, and for the church to pray for them in their awesome responsibility as parents.\n\nFor this event\, we will have your family recognized and prayed for during the 8:15a Gathering\, followed by a small reception for you and your family members. \nRegistration closes on May 6\, 2026. \nRegister Here
